Multilingual Content Update Procedure
The Office of the Charity Commissioner, Maharashtra State provides website content in English and Marathi through the language selection option available on the website.
Users can select the required language from the language dropdown, and the corresponding content is displayed in the selected language.
Where the same information is available in both English and Marathi, the corresponding language versions are reviewed and updated whenever changes are made to the content. Reasonable care is taken to maintain consistency of information across both language versions.
The portal also provides Marathi regional-language support for applicable user input fields. For example, information entered in fields such as “Name” can be provided in the corresponding “Name in Regional Language” field in Marathi through the available language/transliteration functionality.
Where any language version requires correction, modification or translation, the concerned content is updated through the authorised content management mechanism.
