Content Moderation and Approval Procedure
The website of The Office of the Charity Commissioner, Maharashtra State, Mumbai follows an authorised procedure for reviewing and managing content and documents intended for publication on the website.
Content and documents intended for public display are uploaded through the authorised administrative mechanism by the Super Admin/authorised personnel.
The content and documents are reviewed by concerned authorised personnel for accuracy, relevance, appropriateness and compliance with applicable requirements, wherever applicable.
Content that is offensive, discriminatory, inappropriate, misleading or otherwise unsuitable for public display shall not be published on the website.
Where any published content is found to be inappropriate or requires correction, it may be removed, modified or replaced by authorised personnel after appropriate review.
Records of review, approval or publication are maintained wherever applicable.
